there were good beds and a terrace and a safe inside the room. the location was great, so close to wonderful rapallo, harbour and cafes, and town centre and ferry, and the private parking was an excellent bonus. thanks to an excellent service i had a such wonderful stay.

The service is friendly, includes great parking. The breakfast is delicious and great, and the location is magnificent adjacent to ferry as well as the beachfront.

The hotel is located in a quieter area away from the main tourist strip, a refreshing escape yet only a short walk to the vibrant center.

I found the beds a bit too hard for my liking, which affected my sleep quality .

Great location and okay prices. Convenient access to Santa Margherita Ligure that was just 1 mile away. It took 15 minutes to reach Trelo on foot.

This is a great budget hotel. Clean room, lovely staff and good breakfast. The location is good too, only a couple minutes walk from the water front and they've got a nice roof top with lounges for relaxation and a good view of the bay. 10/10 value for money.

Superior room was nice on the attick (not possible to book throug booking, by the way). Breakfast was good and hotel staff is friendly.

There isn't any mini bar or fridge in the room.

Limited parking availability is a pain!!! Old furnishings give the hotel a dated feel!!! Street noise disrupts rest, especially with firm mattresses and inadequate shower pressure. How about some updates?

The hotel was conveniently located close to town and the public promenade along the sea front. The room was clean and of adequate size to be comfortable.

The parking for check in was confusing. There were two spaces located on the street in front of the hotel for check in, but they were roped off. You basically have to stop in the middle of traffic to move the ropes to park the car and check in. The small parking garage was down a side alley and not marked. The garage probably only holds 8 vehicles, so get their early if you want a space.

Great location, near to the harbour and many restaurants. Parking near the hotel if u make reservation (for a fee). Nice and helpful staff. Catch was a very good disciplined dog.

No cheese and ham for breakfast.

What an unfortunate stay, first, we were very misled about the supposed private terrace, anything but private. The noise from the main street was unbearable-i could hardly sleep! I expected at least a complimentary drink for my troubles, but apparently that's too much to ask. I woudl ve been pleased to give a better review, but here we are.

Location for day trips to Cinque Terre and Porto Fino. Close to RR Station. Hotel staff very helpful with typical Genovses restaurant selections. Across street from supermarket. Roof terrace for nightly cocktails that we bought at market.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and train station. The rooftop terrace views blew me away!

the breakfast could use more variety.
